TIAPol Machines

TIAPol is the innovative automatic grinding and polishing for high productivity which is suitable for grinding and polishing. This machine is particularly suitable with lapping discs, in order to limit use of abrasive papers and other consumables used during operations.

It has some unique features like the plate diameter 350mm and, thanks to its design, it’s a real machine tool.

No air movements but mechanicals.

The vertical axis is controlled by a optical encoder which grants the exact position during operations. Load cells keep loads constant even during the final step when the abrasive lowers due to material removal.

Applicable load can be regulated from 50 to 700 N.
